Please select the design you wish to personalize. The design can be chosen from any URL collected by us or from an external website.For designs from external websites or any additional personal requests, an additional fee of €10 will be applied.

2. Realize the personalization
For existing designs collected by us, we will create the shoes directly based on the chosen design. If you have any personal requests (except for adding a name), we will validate the design with you via email.
3. Personalized Shoes Delivered
We require 10 days to personalize your shoes, followed by 10 to 20 days for shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 20 to 30 days.Please note, during the Christmas season, an additional 10 days may be needed.

How long to receive my package ?

Our shoe realization process spans over a period of 10 days. We then initiate global shipping, which typically takes between 10 to 18 days.

How can i choose my size correctly ?

We provide an accurate European/US size chart on each product page. If you're from the UK, it's recommended that you measure the length of your feet and convert that into the corresponding European size using the size chart provided. That way you can find the best fit. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to connect with us.

I made a mistake on ths shipping address and want to modify the shipping address

You may update your shipping address within 7 days of placing your order. After this period, changes will no longer be possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, you will need to contact the local transporter to retrieve your package. Should the package be returned to us, rescheduling delivery will incur additional fees. However, if you have purchased shipping insurance, no additional fees will apply.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations will not be possible, as your order will have entered the personalization process.

How is your shoe customized ?

Once the design has been selected according to the customer's preferences, we proceed to print it on the leather. The leather is then meticulously cut and assembled into shoes. Each pair is handcrafted with exceptional care and attention to detail.
